Job summary

Trane Technologies invites motivated engineering students to join our 12-week Technical Sales Internship across North America. You will collaborate with Sales Account Managers and customers, gaining exposure to the design, application and sale of HVAC systems, controls, and services.

Active enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Engineering is required, with sophomore year completed before start. Some roles may be remote, hybrid, or onsite at facilities across North America.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering for the entire internship.
• Sophomore year completed by the start date.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months and provide proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application and sale of HVAC systems, controls, parts and services.
• Attend sales meetings, meetings with customers, and site visits alongside account managers.
