Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States invites ambitious engineering students to join a 12-week Summer Internship in Technical Sales. You will collaborate with Sales Account Managers and gain exposure to HVAC system design, applications, parts, and services for commercial buildings.

You will attend sales meetings, learn the sales process from concept to close, and potentially enter the Graduate Training Program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering.
• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or have the right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work sites across North America.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application and sale of HVAC systems, controls, parts and services for commercial buildings.
• Attend sales meetings and field visits with mentors to learn the sales process from start to finish.
