Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, is seeking graduates for its 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI. You will begin with your team at a predetermined office location before training, and then become an Associate Account Manager specializing in Equipment, Services, or Controls.

The role involves selling HVAC equipment, collaborating with engineers and architects, building relationships, and developing a territory growth plan to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; graduates only.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
• Open to multiple opportunities; some roles may be remote or hybrid; relocation for 14-week training.
• Willing to relocate for 14-week training in La Crosse, WI (training location).

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers on design and sale.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships throughout a full sales cycle.
• Create and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage the entire sales channel to achieve quotas.
