Job summary

Trane Technologies is recruiting for its Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI. After completing the 14‑week program, you will become an Associate Account Manager handling Equipment, Services, or Controls for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.

The role offers on-site work, relocation for training, and a compensation package with uncapped earnings potential. A technical degree and U.S. work eligibility are required.

• Passion for continuous learning in technical fields.

Responsibilities

• After GTP, assume Associate Account Manager responsibilities in Equipment, Services, or Controls in a designated office.
• Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers on design, application and sale of equipment, controls, parts, and services.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through full sales cycle.
• Create and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage the sales channel to achieve quotas.
