Trane Technologies seeks recent graduates for its 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI, opening a path to Associate Account Manager roles in Equipment, Services, or Controls. Successful candidates will start with a structured mix of technical, business, sales engineering, and leadership training, with a guaranteed office location after onboarding.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
Graduation before the start date of the program.
Prior internship at Trane Technologies or ability to start in-office 3 months before GTP start date.
U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial customers.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers on design and sale.
Build and strengthen customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Enhance sales strategies by analyzing market conditions and maintaining knowledge.
Create and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed targets.
Achieve quotas through securing new design wins and managing the sales channel.
