Job summary

Trane Technologies is recruiting recent graduates for its 14-week Technical Sales Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI. As an Associate Account Manager, you’ll learn to sell HVAC solutions, engage with engineers, architects, contractors and owners to design and place equipment and controls.

You should have an Engineering degree, a passion for continuous learning, and be prepared to relocate for training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Passion for continuous learning in technical fields.
• Internship experience at Trane Technologies or ability to start in-office 3 months before GTP start date.
• U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Some roles may be remote, hybrid, or onsite across North America.
• Able to relocate temporarily for 14-week training.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors and owners in design and sale.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships across a full sales cycle.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Achieve quotas through new design wins and channel management.
