Trane Technologies develops future leaders through its Graduate Training Program. We are currently recruiting recent graduates for a 14-week, best-in-class Technical Sales program in La Crosse, WI.

You will begin work and onboarding with your team at a designated office location before training. The program focuses on technical, business, sales engineering, and leadership training, preparing you to engage with commercial customers and drive sustainable HVAC solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or completed before start date.

Responsibilities

• Sell Trane Technologies climate solutions to commercial customers.
• Engage with engineers, architects, contractors and owners to design and sell equipment and services.
• Build relationships and identify customer needs throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets.
• Possess a passion for continuous learning in technical fields.
