Job summary

Trane Technologies invites recent engineering graduates to join its 14-week Graduate Training Program in Technical Sales. After completion, you transition to an Associate Account Manager role focusing on Equipment, Services, or Controls in North America.

You will learn through hands-on projects with engineers, architects and customers, develop product knowledge across HVAC solutions, and build strategic relationships while pursuing a defined career path within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any emphasis).
• Passion for continuous learning in technical fields.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment, services, and controls to commercial customers across the sales cycle.
• Work with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell solutions for buildings.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering value throughout the sales process.
