Job summary

Trane Technologies invites recent graduates to join its 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI. The program trains you in technical sales for HVAC solutions, with onboarding at a designated office before the start of training.

As an Associate Account Manager, you will sell comprehensive HVAC and building controls solutions, collaborate with engineers and owners, and build relationships to grow customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or graduating soon.
• Passion for learning in technical fields and engineering solutions.
• Internship experience at Trane Technologies or ability to start in-office 3 months prior to GTP start date.
• US work authorization now or in the future.
• Willingness to relocate for 14-week training; valid driver's license; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and building controls to commercial customers.
• Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers on design, applications and sales.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships across a full sales cycle.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed targets.
• Achieve quotas through new design wins and effective channel management.
