Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, invites recent graduates to join its 14-week Graduate Training Program (GTP) in La Crosse, WI. You will gain intensive training across technical sales, engineering, and leadership, starting with onboarding at your designated office location.

Upon successful completion, you will become an Associate Account Manager handling Equipment, Services, or Controls, serving commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in listed fields.
• Passion for continuous learning in technical fields.
• Prior internship at Trane Technologies or in-office work 3 months before GTP start date.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Posting may include remote, hybrid, or onsite assignments across North America.
• Willingness to relocate for the 14‑week training program.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell Trane Technologies HVAC equipment and building management solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners during design, application, and sale processes.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships throughout the full sales cycle.
• Develop and execute a sales plan and growth strategy for the assigned territory and customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
