• Prior internship experience at Trane Technologies or ability to commence in-office work 3 months prior to GTP start date.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Associate Account Manager in Equipment, Services, or Controls within a predefined office location after training.
• Sell Trane Technologies HVAC equipment and building management solutions to commercial customers.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by understanding needs through a full sales cycle.
• Develop and execute a sales plan and growth strategy for assigned territories and customers.
• Relocate for the 14-week training program in La Crosse, WI and potentially work remotely or on-site thereafter.
