Trane Technologies is launching the Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, WI, inviting recent graduates to join a 14-week, best-in-class Technical Sales program. After completion, you will become an Associate Account Manager in Equipment, Services, or Controls at a predetermined office location.

The program emphasizes intensive technical, business, sales engineering, and leadership training, with opportunities for in-office work, potential remote roles, and relocation for training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Willing to relocate for 14-week training in La Crosse, WI.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Some positions may be remote while others may require a hybrid or onsite assignment across North America.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Work with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers in design, application and sale of equipment, controls, parts, and services.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships throughout a full sales cycle.
• Create and execute a sales plan and growth strategy for the territory and customers to meet or exceed sales targets.
