Job summary

Johnson Controls' Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program is a 6-month development track for new engineering graduates. You will be paired with a mentor and engage nationwide sales professionals while building technical expertise and business acumen.

From day one, you’ll support sales activities, learn HVAC equipment and building solutions, and work with contractors, architects, engineers, and owners to advance customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
