Job summary

Johnson Controls invites recent engineering graduates to join the Early Career Sales BEST Program, a six-month development track designed to launch careers in technical sales. You will be paired with a mentor and gain hands-on experience through classroom training and customer interactions.

From day one, you’ll learn HVAC equipment and building solutions while supporting sales activities, building contractor relationships, and delivering sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a December 2026 or May/June 2027 graduation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
