Johnson Controls in the United States is launching the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program, a 6-month development track for new engineering graduates entering technical sales. You’ll be paired with a mentor and gain hands-on experience through classroom training, customer interactions, and real projects.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation Dec 2026 or May/June 2027.

U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program
Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions
Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities
Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners
Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability
