Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. launches the Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program, a 6-month development track for recent engineering graduates entering technical sales.

You’ll be paired with a mentor and work with a nationwide network of sales professionals to gain technical acumen and relationship-building skills. You'll learn HVAC equipment and building solutions, support proposals and project opportunities, and build client relationships with contractors, architects, and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
