Job summary

Johnson Controls is launching its Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) program in the United States. This 6-month development track is designed for recent engineering graduates to start a career in technical sales.

From day one, you’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor and gain exposure to nationwide sales professionals through classroom training, hands-on experience, and customer interactions. You will learn HVAC equipment, services and building solutions, support proposals and projects, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6‑month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers and building owners.
• Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
• Collaborate with local sales and operations teams to deliver outcomes.
