Job summary

Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales Training (BEST) Program designed for recent engineering graduates. You will join a structured 6-month development program, paired with a mentor, and gain exposure to a nationwide network of sales professionals in technical sales.

You will learn HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions, support proposals, and build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners while developing the skills to present technical

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation December 2026 or May/June 2027.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required or eligible for work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
