Job summary

Seco Tools LLC seeks a Technical Sales Engineer to represent metal cutting solutions across automotive, power generation, oil & gas, mold & die, construction, and agriculture. You will manage and grow business with end users and distributor partners while traveling 50-60% of the time.

You should have 5-7 years of technical, consultative sales experience in manufacturing or distribution, and a strong technical aptitude in metal cutting.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of technical, consultative sales experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Strong technical aptitude with proven experience in metal cutting or manufacturing solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a home / virtual office environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business with end users and distributor partners.
• Consult with customers to provide metal cutting solutions tailored to their manufacturing needs.
• Develop new business and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Travel regularly throughout the territory (50-60%).
• Balance technical solution selling with territory planning, sales administration, and reporting.
