Seco Tools seeks a Technical Sales Engineer to represent metal-cutting solutions in the Greater Pittsburgh area, managing end users and distributor partners. • 5-7 years of technical, consultative sales experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong technical aptitude with proven metal cutting/manufacturing solutions experience.
• Willingness to travel 50-60% and work from a home/virtual office.
• Ability to qualify, demonstrate, and influence customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business with end users and distributor partners.
• Consult with customers to provide metal cutting solutions tailored to their manufacturing needs.
• Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
• Travel regularly throughout the territory (50-60%) to engage customers and partners.
• Balance technical solution selling with territory planning, sales administration, and reporting.
