Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Specialist to drive growth in industrial fasteners, with a strong emphasis on expanding local opportunities from our Houston distribution hub.

You will build and manage strategic accounts across manufacturing, construction, solar, and related industries throughout the U.S., leveraging deep product knowledge and consultative selling skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive B2B sales experience selling industrial fasteners (bolts, screws, nuts, anchors, rivets, etc.).
• Proven track record in manufacturing, construction, and solar sectors.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Development: identify and secure new opportunities in target industries, focusing on local Houston and Texas markets.
• Relationship Management: nurture long-term relationships with customers as the primary technical and sales contact.
• Consultative Selling: assess client challenges and provide tailored fastener solutions.
• Technical Product Expertise: advise on fastener specs, materials, and applications.
