Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive B2B sales experience selling industrial fasteners.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, construction, and solar industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of fastener specifications, materials and applications.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close complex sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho) for pipelines and data.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred.
