Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Specialist to drive sales of industrial fasteners from bolts and screws to custom solutions. The role emphasizes local Houston and Texas markets with growth potential across the U.S.

in manufacturing, construction, and solar sectors. You will be the primary technical and sales contact, delivering consultative solutions, negotiating terms, and managing the full order lifecycle.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive B2B sales experience specializing in industrial fasteners.
• Industry knowledge for manufacturing, construction, and solar sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of fastener specifications, materials, and applications.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close complex sales cycles.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho to manage pipelines and data.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic account development to grow local Houston/Texas markets, with expansion to the U.S.
• Relationship management as primary technical and sales contact for customers.
• Conduct consultative selling by assessing client needs and recommending fastener solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on fastener types, materials, specs, and applications.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable sales.
• Oversee end-to-end order management from inquiry to post-delivery support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Hit or exceed sales targets and key KPIs.
• Coordinate with operations and procurement to forecast demand and maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
