Job summary

Veolia is seeking an Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to develop advanced chemical water treatment solutions and serve as a trusted technical advisor across diverse industries.

You will build strong customer relationships, deliver innovative solutions, and drive measurable value while meeting revenue targets and managing margin reviews in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist, or 8+ years in water treatment.
• Chemical water & process treatment experience.
• 4+ years of technical sales experience with success in account management, revenue growth, and customer relationships.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
• Full valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, Memchem, and process applications.
• Write and deliver Technical Service Reports that analyze customer data and drive improvements.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews.
• Plan and communicate Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet and achieve annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and pursue new profitable opportunities for year-over-year growth.
• Adhere to all EHS policies and procedures.
