Job summary

Veolia is seeking an Account Manager within the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to drive advanced water treatment solutions. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor and develop strong customer relationships while achieving revenue targets.

You will analyze cooling, boiler, and wastewater programs, deliver service reports, and lead value-generation initiatives to improve energy and water sustainability. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant science/engineering field, or 8+ years’ water treatment experience.
• Chemical water treatment experience required.
• 4+ years in technical sales and account management with growth results.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, and membrane systems.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver technical service reports with data-driven recommendations.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including service and value‑generation plans.
• Promote sustainability through value generation plans and asset protection initiatives.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Develop healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring profitable opportunities.
