Veolia seeks an experienced Account Manager for its Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to serve diverse industries with advanced water treatment solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor and drive sustainable value while expanding key customer relationships.

Responsibilities include analyzing treatment programs, delivering service reports, and steering Account Management Excellence initiatives to achieve revenue goals and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant science or engineering field plus 8+ years in water treatment.
• Proven track record in technical sales, account growth, and customer relationship management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Memchem applications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports to interpret data and recommend improvements.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program with Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews.
• Plan and communicate Value Generation Plans supporting water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure recurring, profitable opportunities for growth.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures in all activities.
