Job summary

Veolia is seeking an Account Manager for its Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division in the United States. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, tailoring advanced chemical water treatment solutions for diverse industries while building strong customer relationships and guiding sustainability initiatives.

You will analyze treatment programs, deliver technical service reports, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management, service planning, and value-generation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or 8+ years in field) in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist; or equivalent experience.
• Chemical water treatment experience.
• 4+ years of technical sales experience with account management, revenue growth, and customer relationships.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Memchem applications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports to analyze data and recommend improvements.
• Execute our Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans and Value Generation Plans.
• Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable opportunities.
