Job summary

Veolia Water Technology is seeking an Account Manager for our Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division. You will partner with customers across industries to design advanced water and process treatment solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor while driving profitable growth.

You will lead testing, service reporting, and value-generation plans, coordinating with teams to optimize energy and water sustainability, asset protection, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years in field and water treatment accepted
• Chemical water & process treatment experience
• 4+ years of technical sales and account management experience
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, Memchem, and process applications
• Conduct sample testing and deliver technical service reports with recommendations
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including service plans and reviews
• Lead sustainability projects to improve water and energy outcomes and asset protection
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews and negotiations
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure recurring profitable opportunities
• Adhere to EHS policies and maintain safe operations
