Job summary

Veolia seeks an experienced Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to deliver advanced water treatment solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, building customer relationships while driving sustainability, profitability, and asset protection across diverse industries.

You will manage technical programs, conduct analyses, and lead value-focused reviews to demonstrate measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist, preferred.
• Or minimum 8+ years of direct experience in water treatment field.
• 4+ years of technical sales with account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, and Memchem applications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver technical service reports with data-driven recommendations.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including service plans and value generation.
• Communicate Veolia's value generation plans to drive water and energy sustainability.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure recurring profitable opportunities.
