Job summary

Veolia is seeking an experienced Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to partner with customers across diverse industries, delivering advanced chemical water treatment solutions. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, building deep customer relationships while driving energy and water sustainability and asset protection.

Responsibilities include developing innovative treatment programs, delivering technical service reports, and leading account management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or engineering; 8+ years in field/work with water treatment also qualifies.
• Chemical water & process treatment experience required.
• 4+ years of technical sales with proven account growth.
• Must have valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs across cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, Memchem, and process applications.
• Write and deliver Technical Service Reports to analyze data and drive improvements.
• Execute account management programs and business reviews to demonstrate value to customers.
• Plan and communicate value generation plans that drive water and energy sustainability.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Develop new, recurring profitable opportunities and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
