Job summary
Salesforce is seeking an experienced technical resilience professional to lead the TRG governance and reporting framework. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical resilience, enterprise security, or related discipline.
- Familiarity with resilience engineering practices including DR testing, observability, safe change, and availability management.
- Experience applying generative AI/LLMs or automation tools to optimize workflows.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal driver of TRG operating cadence, translating governance into reusable processes reported to ERB.
- Establish recovery time objectives and reporting standards across stakeholder domains.
- Drive risk-based exercising practices to reduce resilience risk and improve operations.
- Operationalize automated feedback and AAR pipelines using LLM-assisted parsing for measurable improvements.
- Lead external benchmarking against SOC 2, DORA, and peers to stay audit-ready.
