Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced specialist in technical and business resilience to drive the TRG operating cadence, aligning recovery objectives and reporting with Enterprise Resilience governance. The role requires translating technical findings into executive-ready briefs and advancing automation via AI tools.

You will partner across security, engineering, and product to strengthen resilience, benchmark against SOC 2 and DORA, and ensure audit readiness at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical resilience or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with resilience engineering practices including DR testing, observability, safe change, and availability management.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks such as ERBs or TRGs.
• Excellent written communication for senior stakeholders and boards.
• Experience applying generative AI/LLMs or automation to optimize workflows.
• Certifications CBCP or CBCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal driver of the TRG operating cadence and translate governance into repeatable, auditable processes.
• Partner with Digital Enterprise Technology, Engineering, Information Security to establish RTO/RPO definitions and reporting standards.
• Work with stakeholders to drive risk-based exercising and continuous improvement of resilience.
• Operationalize post-exercise feedback using AI-assisted parsing to produce measurable improvements.
• Lead external benchmarking against SOC 2, DORA, and other standards to stay audit-ready and competitive.
