Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced resilience professional to drive the Technical Resilience Group’s activities and ensure governance is translated into auditable, repeatable processes across the technology estate.

You will define RTO/RPO standards, coordinate cross-domain efforts, and push for continual improvement through AI-assisted post-exercise analysis and external benchmarking against SOC 2 and DORA requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical resilience or related discipline within a global tech org.
• Experience applying AI/LLMs to optimize engineering or operational workflows.
• Ability to translate technical findings into executive-ready briefs.

Responsibilities

• Drive TRG operating cadence and translate governance into repeatable processes.
• Establish RTO/RPO definitions and reporting standards across domains.
• Lead risk-based resilience exercises to reduce technical risk.
• Operationalize AAR pipelines using AI-assisted parsing for measurable improvements.
• Benchmark Salesforce posture against SOC 2, DORA, and peers for audit readiness.
