Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced technical resilience leader to drive governance, reporting, and auditable processes across a multi-domain technology estate. You will coordinate with enterprise tech, information security, and product engineering to define RTO/RPO standards and drive disciplined resilience exercises leveraging LLMs and automation.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical resilience or related discipline within a global tech org.
Experience with disaster recovery testing, observability, and availability management.
Experience translating technical findings into executive-ready briefs.

Responsibilities

Drive TRG operating cadence and translate governance recommendations into auditable processes.
Collaborate with enterprise tech domains to define RTO/RPO definitions and reporting standards.
Lead risk-based resilience exercising and drive continuous improvement across domains.
Operationalize automated feedback and AAR pipelines using LLM-assisted parsing tools.
Benchmark Salesforce posture against SOC 2, DORA, and other standards and maintain audit readiness.
