Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Technical Resilience to lead the Technical Resilience Group (TRG) and translate governance into repeatable, auditable processes reported to the Enterprise Resilience Board (ERB).

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical resilience, business resilience, enterprise security, or related discipline within a global, matrixed tech org.

Responsibilities

Drive TRG operating cadence and report to ERB with governance recommendations.
Establish and standardize RTO/RPO definitions and reporting across domains.
Lead risk-based resilience exercising and after-action reviews with measurable improvements.
Benchmark technical resilience posture against SOC 2, DORA, and peer standards and ensure audit readiness.
