Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Resilience professional to lead governance, DR testing, and benchmarking across multi‑domain technology estates. You will translate findings into executive briefs and drive auditable processes through TRG and ERB.

You will partner with Digital Enterprise Technology, Information Security, and Product Engineering to define RTO/RPO and reporting standards, driving risk-based exercising to continuously improve resilience.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building and maintaining technical resilience practices across complex, multi-domain technology estates.
Ability to apply generative AI/LLMs or automation tools to optimize engineering or operations.
Experience designing or operating within governance frameworks and translating findings for executive audiences.
Excellent written communication and ability to synthesize technical topics for senior/board audiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as the internal driver of TRG operating cadence and translate governance recommendations into repeatable, auditable processes reported to the ERB.
Partner with Digital Enterprise Technology, Technology & Product Engineering, Information Security, and other leads to define RTO/RPO definitions and reporting standards.
Drive risk-based exercising practices and improve resilience across stakeholder domains.
Operationalize feedback and after-action review pipelines using AI tools to translate findings into measurable improvements.
Lead external benchmarking of resilience posture against SOC 2, DORA, and peers to stay audit-ready.
