Salesforce is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Resilience professional to lead governance, resilience exercises, and reporting across the Enterprise Resilience Board. You will drive the TRG cadence and coordinate with Digital Enterprise Technology, Information Security, and product engineering to standardize recovery objectives and resolve issues with auditable workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical resilience, business resilience, enterprise security, or a related discipline within a global, matrixed technology organization.
• Hands-on experience with resilience engineering practices including disaster recovery (DR) testing, observability, safe change, and availability management.
• Familiarity with Agentforce Platform and other AI products is a strong plus.
• Experience in governance frameworks such as Enterprise Resilience Boards (ERBs) or Technical Resilience Groups (TRGs), and translating technical findings into executive-ready reporting.
• Excellent written communication; ability to synthesize complex technical findings for senior stakeholders and board-level audiences.
• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) orCBCI or similar certification.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the internal driver of TRG operating cadence, translating governance recommendations into repeatable, auditable processes reported to the ERB.
• Partner with Digital Enterprise Technology, Technology & Product Engineering, Information Security, and other stakeholder domain leads to establish consistent RTO/RPO definitions, reporting standards, and issue resolution workflows across stakeholder domains.
• Drive prioritized and risk-based exercising practices to reduce resilience risk and improve operational resilience.
• Operationalize automated feedback and after-action review (AAR) pipelines, using LLM-assisted parsing tools to translate qualitative post-exercise findings into measurable improvements.
• Lead ongoing external benchmarking of Salesforce's technical resilience exercising posture against SOC 2, DORA, and peer enterprise standards.
