Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to optimize GTM programs and seller productivity. You will drive end‑to‑end initiatives across Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Finance, Marketing, and Legal, including overhauling quoting, forecasting, and Salesforce usage.

You’ll bridge business needs with system changes and enablement across the GTM stack. You’ll manage cross‑functional programs with measurable impact on time spent selling and efficiency, balancing process and data work

Qualifications

Experience leading complex, cross‑functional programs from definition through delivery.
Working knowledge of go‑to‑market processes and how a Sales organization operates (territory planning, forecasting, deal desk).
Hands‑on familiarity with Salesforce to scope work with engineers and admins.

Responsibilities

Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and GTM Systems leaders to define, scope, and sequence the initiatives on the GTM Programs roadmap.
Lead transformational programs redesigning core GTM processes and systems (quoting, forecasting, Salesforce role).
Identify where sellers lose time and turn fixes into programs.
Own end‑to‑end program plans, milestones, and dependency maps across process, data, systems, enablement.
