Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Program Manager for the GTM Systems team to own cross-functional coordination across CPQ, deployment tracking, and data quality initiatives. You’ll translate technical implementation details into executive priorities and ensure programs drive measurable business outcomes.

You'll work with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Business Technology to keep multiple programs moving in lockstep, lead quarterly business reviews, and articulate the business

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GTM processes at a software company — lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, renewal and expansion motions.
• Working understanding of Salesforce, CPQ platforms, or customer success tools.
• A track record of owning cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders — running recurring business reviews and driving decisions.
• Strong program management fundamentals: planning, tracking, dependency and risk management.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to move between technical detail and executive summary.
• Work effectively in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity.
• Excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional coordination across concurrent GTM systems programs, including CPQ, deployment tracking, account data quality, and compliance-driven process change
• Prepare and run quarterly business reviews for GTM systems initiatives, and drive the decisions and follow-ups that come out of them
• Partner with operational leads and stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Business Technology to keep programs aligned and moving
• Translate between technical implementation detail and executive priorities in both directions, so engineers understand the business context and leadership understands the trade-offs
• Define and track the business outcome each program exists to drive, along with how it's measured, and hold programs to it
• Aggregate and maintain the documentation, plans, and status views that keep cross-functional initiatives coherent
• Surface risks, dependencies, and competing priorities early, and drive them to resolution without direct authority over the teams involved
