Job summary

Anthropic, a leading AI safety company, seeks a Technical Program Manager for the Revenue Operations GTM Programs team in San Francisco. You will drive cross-functional initiatives to remove friction and increase seller efficiency, including end-to-end quoting redesign, forecasting improvements, and transforming Salesforce into a platform for agentic selling.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from definition through delivery.
• Working knowledge of go-to-market processes and how a Sales organization operates (territory planning, lead-to-cash, forecasting, deal desk).
• Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce as a user or program owner.
• Proficiency with core program management practices: planning, dependencies, cadences, risk management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to distill technical details for sales leadership.
• Track record of influencing without authority and aligning multiple teams with different priorities.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities while keeping the big goal in view.
• Orientation toward operational excellence: identifying and eliminating inefficiency in how teams work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and GTM Systems leaders to define, scope, and sequence initiatives on the GTM Programs roadmap.
• Lead transformational programs redesigning core GTM processes and systems (quoting, forecasting, Salesforce role in selling).
• Identify where sellers lose time to manual work or gaps, quantify cost, and turn fixes into programs.
• Own end-to-end program plans, milestones, and dependency maps for multi-team initiatives.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and GTM systems teams, translating requirements both directions.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Enablement.
• Manage change for the field: communications, training, rollout timing.
• Identify risks, blockers, and resourcing gaps early, and drive resolution.
• Provide clear reporting on program status, decisions, and risks to Revenue Operations and Sales leadership.
• Define success metrics for each program and verify impact post-launch.
• Continuously raise the bar on GTM operations and simplify where possible.
