Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to advance Revenue Operations initiatives, focusing on seller efficiency and end-to-end GTM process redesign. You will scope and drive cross-functional programs across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Legal, ensuring successful adoption and measurable impact on productivity.

The role requires strong program management, experience with Salesforce, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

4+ years leading cross-functional programs.
Experience with Salesforce and GTM systems.
Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

Define, scope, and sequence GTM Programs roadmap with Revenue Operations, Sales, and GTM Systems leaders.
Lead cross-functional programs redesigning core GTM processes and systems (quoting, forecasting, CRM).
Identify where sellers lose time and convert fixes into programs.
Own end-to-end program plans, milestones, and dependency maps for multi-team initiatives.
Bridge business stakeholders and GTM systems teams; translate requirements both directions.
Drive cross-functional coordination across Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Enablement.
Plan communications, training, and rollout to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
Identify risks and blockers early; drive resolution.
Provide clear reporting on program status and risks to leadership.
Define success metrics for each program and verify post-launch outcomes.
Continuously improve GTM operations by retiring obsolete processes and simplifying remaining ones.
