Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the Revenue Operations GTM Programs team. You will drive seller efficiency by overhauling quoting, forecasting, and turning Salesforce into a platform for agentic selling, coordinating with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Legal.

You will own end-to-end program plans, identify efficiency gaps, and lead cross-functional initiatives that impact seller time and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from definition through delivery.
• Working knowledge of go-to-market processes and how a Sales organization operates.
• Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce as a user or program owner, sufficient to scope work with engineers and admins.

Responsibilities

• Define, scope, and sequence initiatives on the GTM Programs roadmap; prioritize high-impact work.
• Lead transformational programs redesigning GTM processes and systems (quoting, forecasting, CRM)
• Identify where sellers lose time and translate fixes into programs.
• Own end-to-end program plans, milestones, and dependencies across teams.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and GTM systems teams; translate requirements both ways.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Enablement.
• Manage change for the field: communications, training, rollout timing.
• Identify risks and blockers early and drive resolution.
• Provide clear reporting on program status and risks to leadership.
• Define metrics for success and verify outcomes post-launch.
• Continuously raise the bar on GTM operations.
