Job summary

Anthropic, based in San Francisco, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own program delivery for the GTM systems portfolio, coordinating lead routing, routing, and co-sell tooling within Salesforce and related platforms.

You will partner with Business Systems Analysts, sales operations, and engineering to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive cross-team execution, including AI tooling integration into GTM workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management or business systems delivery experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce-centric GTM or RevOps systems and how lead, opportunity, partner, and quote objects connect.
• Experience delivering where multiple teams ship into one core system on a shared release process.
• Experience partnering with audit, controls, or compliance functions on revenue-impacting systems.
• Ability to translate between business systems analysts, developers, sales operations, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for your program area's roadmap: intake, prioritization, sequencing, status, and cadence.
• Manage dependencies on the shared GTM platform.
• Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts on requirements and design, and with developers on tradeoffs and vendor evaluation.
• Help build an operating model for a scaling team: intake, planning, sequencing practices.
• Provide GTM Systems and Sales leadership a clear view of commitments, risks, and progress.
• Assist in bringing Claude into the GTM workflow to speed up sellers and partner managers.
