Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Program Manager for its GTM Systems team to own cross-functional coordination across CPQ, deployment tracking, account data quality, and compliance-driven changes. You will translate technical details into executive context and drive programs toward measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Business Technology to maintain alignment across initiatives, run quarterly business reviews, and surface risks

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GTM processes at a software or technology company.
• Experience in cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders and running business reviews.
• Strong program management fundamentals: planning, tracking, risk management.
• Clear written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity.
• Excited about Anthropic’s mission to develop safe AI.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional coordination across GTM systems programs (CPQ, deployment tracking, data quality, compliance-driven changes).
• Prepare and run quarterly business reviews for GTM systems initiatives with actionable follow-ups.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Business Technology to keep programs aligned.
• Translate between technical implementation details and executive priorities; enable teams to act on insights.
• Define and track the business outcomes each program exists to drive and measure success.
• Aggregate and maintain documentation, plans, and status views for coherence across initiatives.
• Surface risks and dependencies early and drive resolution with minimal direct authority.
