Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Revenue Operations GTM Programs team. You will drive cross-functional initiatives to boost seller efficiency and transform core GTM processes, including quoting, forecasting, and Salesforce usage as a strategic platform, not just a system of record.

You will own end-to-end program plans, align stakeholders, and ensure changes land cleanly while measuring impact on productivity and efficiency across Sales and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with a significant systems or data component.
• Working knowledge of go-to-market processes and how a Sales organization operates.
• Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce as a user or program owner.
• Proficiency with core program management practices and tooling.
• Strong written and verbal communication for sales leadership.
• Ability to influence without authority and align competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define, scope, and sequence GTM initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Lead end-to-end programs such as quoting, forecasting, and CRM changes.
• Identify time sinks and gaps, quantify cost, and convert fixes into programs.
• Own project plans, milestones, and dependency maps across teams.
• Bridge business stakeholders and GTM systems, translating requirements both ways.
• Coordinate across Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Finance, Marketing, Legal.
• Manage change: communications, training, rollout timing to ensure adoption.
• Identify risks early and drive them to resolution.
• Report status, decisions, and risks to leadership; measure success post-launch.
• Raise the bar on GTM operations and simplify processes where possible.
