Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. You will own end-to-end GTM programs, overhauling quoting and forecasting processes, and transform Salesforce into a flexible platform that supports agentic selling.

You will coordinate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Legal to land changes smoothly, measure outcomes, and drive seller productivity while navigating ambiguity in a rapidly growing AI company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from definition through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define, scope, and sequence GTM Programs initiatives to boost seller productivity.
• Lead programs redesigning core GTM processes and systems from ground up.
• Identify time losses due to manual work and rank fixes as programs.
• Own end-to-end program plans, milestones, and dependencies across teams.
• Bridge business stakeholders with GTM systems teams; translate requirements.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Sales, Revenue Ops, GTM Systems, Finance, Marketing, Legal.
• Manage change for the field: communications, training, rollout timing.
• Identify risks and blockers early; drive resolution.
• Provide transparent reporting on status, decisions, risks to leaders.
• Define success metrics for each program and verify post-launch impact.
• Continuously raise GTM organization efficiency by retiring outdated processes.
