Job summary

Collaborate with business systems analysts, developers, and sales operations; help bring Claude into GTM workflows. 6+ years of TPM or business systems experience in a Salesforce-centric GTM environment is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management or business systems delivery experience.
• Experience in Salesforce-centric GTM or RevOps environments.
• Ability to manage delivery across multiple teams on a shared release process.
• Experience with audit, controls, or compliance related to revenue systems.
• Ability to translate between business systems analysts, developers, sales operations and finance.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for your program area's roadmap: intake, prioritization, sequencing, status, and the operating cadence.
• Manage your program's dependencies on the shared GTM platform.
• Partner with Business Systems Analysts on requirements and design, and with developers on tradeoffs and vendor evaluation.
• Help build the operating model for a scaling team with intake, planning, and sequencing practices.
• Provide leadership with a clear view of commitments, risks, and progress.
• Assist in bringing Claude into the GTM workflow to improve seller and partner efficiency.
