Job summary

Axon, a leader in public safety technology, seeks a Technical Program Manager for its Enterprise Professional Services team. You will support large organizations using Axon products like Fusus, translating needs into clear requirements and guiding implementations across multiple platforms.

You will partner with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives, with a focus on adoption, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the Professional Services team supporting Enterprise customer implementations across Fusus and additional Axon products.
• Lead discovery sessions with Enterprise customers to understand business processes and goals across stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into clear, structured artifacts including functional requirements and user stories.
• Partner with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to design and deliver multi-product solutions.
• Configure Axon software solutions in line with business objectives.
• Evaluate options and trade-offs to support scalable outcomes.
• Design, execute, and document User Acceptance Testing for defined use cases.
• Develop training materials and enablement sessions for customer adoption.
• Build trusted relationships and coordinate cross-functionally within Axon.
