Axon is seeking a professional to join its Professional Services team in a hybrid role based in the United States. The candidate will lead enterprise customer implementations, conduct discovery sessions, translate business needs into documentation, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver multi-product solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and interconnected workflows.
• Ability to own deliverables and see issues through to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience in discovery, requirements gathering, and translating needs into documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the Professional Services team supporting Enterprise customer implementations across Fusus and other Axon products.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand business processes, goals, and system considerations across stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and process docs.
• Partner with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to design and deliver multi-product solutions.
• Configure Axon software solutions to align with business objectives and needs.
• Evaluate solution options and trade-offs to support scalable outcomes.
• Design and document User Acceptance Testing for defined Enterprise use cases.
• Develop training materials and enablement sessions for customer adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with Enterprise customers and collaborate cross-functionally within Axon.
