Axon is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support Enterprise customers across Fusus and other products. You will translate complex requirements into actionable plans and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services to deliver multi-product solutions.

You’ll lead discovery, map business processes, configure software, and drive adoption through testing, training, and enablement. Join a team focused on measurable outcomes and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise customer implementations across Fusus and other Axon products.
• Lead discovery sessions with Enterprise customers to understand business processes and goals.
• Translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and process docs.
• Partner with PMs, Solution Architects, and Product teams to design multi-product solutions.
• Configure Axon software to align with business objectives.
• Evaluate options and provide input for scalable outcomes.
• Design, execute, and document User Acceptance Testing.
• Develop training materials and enablement sessions for customer adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with Enterprise customers and cross-functional Axon teams.
